These figures include Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus in a manger, three Wise Men, a shepherd, and various animals such as a donkey, sheep, and ox. Each figure is carved with distinct features and flowing robes, showcasing the natural grain and beauty of the olive wood. The stable is constructed from small, interlocking blocks of olive wood, creating a striking visual pattern. This is a traditional and decorative piece, likely intended for Christmas display. The scene is hinged at the base for folding the ground back behind the structure. One loss noted at the staff where the tip is broken off.
