Description

A lot comprising two vintage electronic audio devices. The first is a Philips cassette recorder, featuring a black plastic casing with a vertical design, cassette deck, volume sliders, and a series of push-buttons for recording and playback functions. The second item is a Sanyo Model M 7740F boombox, also in black plastic with silver accents, featuring two main speakers, a central control panel with various settings for function, tone, balance, and volume, along with cassette playback controls. A sticker on the Sanyo unit indicates a '4-Woofer 6-Speaker System'. A label on the rear of the Sanyo unit specifies power source options: DC 9V via 6 'C' size batteries, 9V car battery adaptor, or 9V AC adaptor. The Sanyo unit was manufactured by Sanyo Electric Co. Ltd. in Japan. Both items represent popular audio technology from their respective eras.
