Description

A pair of late 20th Century framed art prints. One print features a tranquil domestic scene depicting a large dog seated beside a basket containing several puppies, rendered in a style reminiscent of 19th-century European animal paintings. The second print portrays an Australian rural landscape, showing a figure on horseback amidst dry bushland and eucalyptus trees under a clear sky, a composition strongly evocative of the Australian Impressionist movement, specifically works by artists like Frederick McCubbin. Both are housed in wooden frames; the dog and puppies print has a faux burl wood finish, while the landscape print has a simpler brown timber frame.
